2021 Cybersecurity Resources Part 1: Cybersecurity Podcasts

I’m often asked, “Which cybersecurity podcasts do you listen to?” My answer is usually some form of, “How much time do you have?” In this post, I’ll highlight some of the best cybersecurity podcasts of 2021 in a few different categories. The list is by no means exhaustive, so if I’ve missed any cybersecurity podcasts that should be included, please let me know

The following podcasts are focused on cybersecurity news coverage.

    Recent Episode:

    Pair With:
Strong coffee or Monster Energy Drink. I’ve been listening to Daniel’s podcast for a very long time, and it balances between news, analysis, and opinion. Daniel is like the smartest guy you know riding shotgun next to you while carpooling to the same office park. You know you’re going to be more informed when you park the car, and you never have to worry about coming up with small talk.
    The Cyberwire Daily

Description: The daily cybersecurity news and analysis industry leaders depend on. Published each weekday, the program also included interviews with a wide spectrum of experts from industry, academia, and research organizations all over the world.

This stuff gets complicated really fast, but Motherboard spends its time embedded in the infosec world so you don't have to. The secret recipe passed down through generations hits the table and the friction melts away while the host points out the fact that the CISO side of the table has more in common with the vendor side than they realize.
