As CISO, she led the DoD’s $8B Cybersecurity Program including coordinating defense-wide cybersecurity across federal agencies, private-sector defense organizations, and international coalition partners.

Dean is the Executive Chair and co-founder of Axonius, a world leader in enabling organizations to see and secure their infrastructure that has grown to a $2.6B valuation in less than 5 years from founding. Before founding Axonius, Dean co-founded Cymmetria, a YC-backed cyber deception company with Fortune 500 customers that was acquired by private equity.

He has spoken at major conferences including Blackhat, Defcon, CCC, and more. He is an alumnus of the rank of Captain of an elite unit in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where he served for five years, during which he received commendations and awards. Dean is a graduate of the special "Etgar" program, where he earned his B.Sc in computer science at the age of 19. In 2005, Dean was part of the gold medal team in the international Robotic Olympics in South Korea.

Jared Vichengrad is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Axonius Federal Systems, where he leads the company’s dedicated public sector organization focused on protecting the mission of the U.S. Government. In this role, he is responsible for setting strategy and driving execution and growth across the U.S. public sector market.

Mr. Vichengrad brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across public sector and enterprise organizations. He is recognized for building and leading high-performing teams, delivering innovative solutions aligned to complex mission requirements, and providing deep federal and state, local, and education (SLED) domain expertise in support of government and education customers.

 Melinda Rogers, Partner, Microsoft; former CIO, Department of Justice

Melinda Rogers, Partner, Microsoft; former CIO, Department of Justice

Melinda Rogers joined Microsoft in June 2025 as Partner for Customer Voice, Office 365 Enterprise and Cloud, with a focus on federal civilian, intelligence, defense, and defense industrial base sectors. Previously, she served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the U.S. Department of Justice, following her tenure as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Melinda also brings extensive private-sector experience, including roles in consumer products marketing at Procter & Gamble, and financial services leadership as Assistant Vice President at Equifax for Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification Solutions, and at NationsBank for Commercial Real Estate Lending. She holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University.
