The Days Are Long, But The Years Are Short

Nine years ago, I told Avidor and Ofri that we were going to change the world of cybersecurity. For some reason, they believed me. Today, looking at what we’ve built so far, I am awestruck by that reality.

We aren’t just building a business, we are building our legacy. We became one of the fastest cyber companies in history to hit $100M in ARR, seeing explosive growth in valuation and metrics that are outliers in our industry.

But the numbers pale in comparison to the impact. Because of Axonius, missing children were reunited with their families. Healthcare organizations kept manufacturing life-saving supplies during the height of the pandemic. Critical defense agencies stopped nation-state attacks in their tracks. We aren’t just securing devices, we are enablers for the protectors of society.

None of this would have been possible without our Axonians. You have pushed beyond comfort zones and delivered on every promise of growth. You are the heartbeat of this company.

In our house, Axonius is another family member. When I met my wife, she called Axonius her “adopted child.” This is because when the company needed us, there was no lack of support and dedication from her and my family to grow Axonius to all it can be. I couldn’t be more grateful for the sacrifices she has made thus far.

There are also moments in life when we’re given the gift of clarity. A few months after our son was born, he had to go through a major surgery, and it was one of the hardest times of my life.

But it also provided an eye-opening perspective. It coincided with our first acquisition, a massive evolution in our GTM strategy, and record-breaking efficiency.

I realized that just as my family has grown, Axonius has evolved. We have entered a new stratosphere of opportunity. The challenges ahead are bigger, but the prize is infinitely larger. To capture this limitless potential, we need to level up.

To go to the next level, we need dedicated focus on both our long-term vision and the operational execution. Building a business requires one mindset. Scaling a business requires another. Both are essential.

That is why, today, I am announcing my transition to Executive Chairman. This new role allows me to be completely focused on the strategic vision that sparked this journey, alongside a world-class operator to guide us through this next phase of massive scale. We are ending this fiscal year with two record-breaking quarters in both growth and efficiency.

We are perfectly positioned to arm organizations with true Actionability in the age of AI. The future isn't just bright, it’s blinding.

The board and I are incredibly confident handing the reins to Joe Diamond as President and Interim CEO, to continue his phenomenal impact since becoming President, as we fulfill our long-term leadership vision.

I’m eternally grateful for the journey, and am equally excited for the next chapter. This isn't a departure. It’s an evolution. I’m more committed to Axonius than ever.

In my new role, I’ll continue working closely with Joe, Ofri, Avidor, and our leadership team. I’ll represent our vision on the world stage, and I’m excited to see customers, partners, and friends when I keynote at RSAC 2026 in March.

We’re entering the year with record momentum, a clear strategy, and a leadership team aligned to execute. The business model is strong. The market opportunity is massive. The problem we solve is more critical than ever.
