Axonius Appoints Sanam Saaber as General Counsel
Former Box VP, Legal brings public company governance and IPO experience to accelerate Axonius’ next phase of growth.
NEW YORK — Nov 18, 2025 — Axonius, the global leader in transforming cybersecurity asset intelligence into actionability, today announced the appointment of Sanam Saaber as its new General Counsel.
Saaber brings over 15 years of experience scaling high-growth technology companies. In her role, she will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
Saaber’s appointment is the latest in a series of strategic executive hires designed to guide Axonius through its next phase of growth. Today’s announcement builds on the recent promotion of Joe Diamond to President, a move that established a unified Go-to-Market organization. Diamond’s leadership team has been further strengthened by the key appointments of Klaus Moser as SVP of Global Sales, Matt McSweeney as VP of Sales, Americas, and Ernesto Tey as VP of Global Partners and Alliances. Together, these leaders along with Axonius’ current leadership make up a formidable team with deep public company experience in scaling global operations.

Saaber most recently served as Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer at Azra Games, and was previously Chief Legal Officer at Iterable. Prior to that, she spent over six years at Box, where she helped scale the legal function and support the company through its rapid growth and successful IPO. Saaber began her legal career at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
