NEW YORK — February 10, 2022 — Axonius, the leader in cybersecurity asset management and SaaS management, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances Mark Daggett to the prestigious 2022 CRN® Channel Chiefs list for the second consecutive year. The list recognizes channel leaders with strong track records of success, exceptional commitments to partners, and well-defined plans for future development and innovation.
Leveraging 20 years of experience in technology-focused channel and sales, Daggett has spent the last two years growing the Axonius Correlated Partner Program from the ground up into a successful global network. In 2021, under Daggett’s supervision, the program more than doubled its number of partners, and, with expansions into LATAM and APAC, established a dedicated channel presence in every region worldwide. Daggett has also more than quadrupled the size of the Axonius channel team over the last year to fully meet global demand for the company’s services. Now driving more than 75% of new annual recurring revenue, the program is a huge factor behind the company’s rapid growth and success.
“Everyone is struggling with complexity right now, and our solutions help companies better understand the devices and SaaS applications in their environments. This has opened up opportunities for alliances with ISPs and other infrastructure providers, while delivering massive value for existing partners and their customers,” said Daggett. “Demand just continues to grow and we are focused now on scaling to meet that demand, while maintaining the level of trust and value our partners expect.”
During 2021, Daggett and his team launched a Professional Services Training program for partners, which enables partners to deliver support services to the hundreds of Axonius customers globally. This opens up new recurring revenue streams for partners, while reducing requests to the Axonius support team and ultimately adding value for customers. Axonius also created a 30-day assessment program for partners to leverage the Axonius platform for client assessments, which has led to enormous value for both partners and their customers, particularly in regards to SOC, HIPAA, and other compliance assessments that include asset inventories as a foundational requirement. The program also received several accolades, including a 5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2021 Partner Program Guide and being named a CRN Emerging Vendor in Security.
In 2022, Daggett will continue to orchestrate global channel growth in conjunction with each region’s dedicated channel representatives. Key to growth will be the launch of a new core product, Axonius SaaS Management, a comprehensive solution that helps security, IT, finance, and risk teams control the complexity, cost, and risk of software as a service (SaaS) with a single source of truth into their SaaS application landscape.
“The worldwide explosion of dynamic, modern infrastructure and SaaS applications has resulted in a constantly expanding attack surface. There is a huge global opportunity for Axonius and its partners to help customers with cybersecurity asset management, and now with SaaS management as well,” said Dean Sysman, CEO and co-founder of Axonius. “The channel is a critical growth path for Axonius, and with Mark’s leadership we will see continued success.”
The Channel Chief honorees were chosen by the CRN editorial staff for their dedication, industry prestige, and exceptional accomplishments in driving the channel agenda and evangelizing the importance of channel partnerships. CRN’s 2022 Channel Chiefs list will be featured in the February 2022 issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/ChannelChiefs.
